Annual Tax Sale (May 2, 2023 @ 10:00am)
- Instructions for tax sale purchasers
- Please arrive at 9:00am to register
- Bring a line of credit from your bank or pay cash
- Opening bids will begin with the amount due and will increase in increments of $100
- If interested in a property please call the office to insure it is still available and taxes have not been paid; we will not update this list when payments are taken between now and the tax sale date.
- Please take the time and research any property you are interested in.
- The list below will not be updated with paid properties, please refer to our Facebook page (Geneva County Revenue Office) every Friday for a list of paid parcels leading up to the sale.
